• Kansas City police are investigating who stole an ambulance overnight.

  The Kansas City, Missouri, Fire Department ambulance ended up damaged near 67th Street and Blue Parkway.

  The front passenger side of the ambulance looked like it sustained damage.

  Raytown police said that they heard the alert about the stolen ambulance so they began to assist when it entered Raytown.

  Officers successfully used spikes on the ambulance and initiated a slow-speed pursuit.

  A suspect is in Raytown police custody.
